9.Yoga: Steps of Concentration
Warning: Those who are very new to this blog on mind power should come from first post.Otherwise they will get some neck pains, bodyaches , nerves problems etc.,
Steps of Concentration:
Please note that concentration on a particular thing means that the thing you like to concentrate.( one particular thing).If you want success in concentration you may not be think about second thing when you are concentrating on a thing.
Step1:
Concentrate for 12 seconds is Dharana. ( 12 Sec. )
Step2:
12 times of Dharana is Dyana (12*12 sec.)=144 sec
Step3:
12 times of Dyana is Samadhi (tumbisium) (12*12*12 sec.)=1728 sec.
12*12*12 seconds of concentration on a thing is called as complete concentraion.At this stage you will observe only one thing that is your subject(any thing like).
Using this method people used to concentrate on god and blessed by him.
