8.What is Concentration? & How to start it?
Concentration:
Keep your mind on a particular object or subject (anything you like) for some time is called as Concentration.
Some people think that concentration is observing breath.May be it is also one of the way to develope concentration.
How to start Concentration?:
Go to a lonely peaceful place sit like what I said before posts and just don't think any thinng for some time. (preferably half an hour)
At the starting of concentration you haven't control your mind and thoughts.So many things will come to your mind when you are not thinking any thing.You will be surpraised about your thoughts.Their might be some wild thoughts and some funny thoughts and so many.
But good thing is after some days all things previously come to your mind will be disappear.Your mind will be very fresh.Once your mind is fresh what ever comes to your mind will be stable for a while.If any thing you observe, the thing only presents in your mind.This is the starting of Concentration and part of yoga.
Take any object or subject or seneary,(anything you like), in to your mind.Then concentrate on that particular thing.You will go deeply on to that particular subject when you are concentrating.
This will help you to evaluate the particular subject.
But don't use this method for bad purpose.Some craft people do like this.They will concentrate on behaviour of a person and read him quickly.Then they will control his body.They do some bad things to him.But I will not explain them , they are very very dangerious.
If you become very good in concentration you will get great powers.
