4. Yoga and its organs - ( i )
Hi,Those who are very new to this web please start from the first article.
Yoga and its organs:
Last article we had seen about Aasana and Food.
And this time we concentrate on some organs of yoga.
Ahimsa (Non -Violence):
Ahimsa means Non-violence. Always be kind to people, animals and living things.
Don’t feel happy by beating them. Never think about violence and never accept it in your mind also.
Swa-adyaya (Self study):
Please study always holy books and its related contents and keep it in your mind.
Some people trans your mind with their wonderful musical skills and add lovely music to their religion. They make their path in your mind very easily. Be strong with your mind and don’t fall in their hands, it is also like that a religion.
Satya(Truth):
Wherever you go in this universe there is some true and false. Please tell always truth and it will keep your mind fresh and happy. From the truth you will get everything. This universe belongs to truth only. There is so much power in truth. May be after some days what ever you tell that will become true in yoga.
Aparigraha:
Aparigraha means don’t accept any thing from any body. In problems also you don’t accept any thing from others. If you did it you have to live obey to them always. That will keep you out of freedom. You will live always bound by the others.
In the next article we will go for some more orgns of yoga.
Which is the best place for Yoga?
Don’t do yoga near the fire, in the water, near to wild animals, center of junctions, near loud noise, near bad people.
Select your self which place is good for your eyes. Main thing is do it always lonely.
